Re-union and Activity Breaks
At Haughton Hall Hotel, we understand what is required to make your event a success.
We pride ourselves in our ability to understand the exacting standards and traditions required, yet still retaining a personal and individual approach, whether it be for an Armed Services Re-Union, Football Club or a Cycling Club Break.
Our residential package from £135.00* per person includes:
- Two night’s accommodation
- Full English Breakfast each morning
- Three course dinner in Oliver’s Restaurant on the Friday night
- Three course dinner with coffee on the Saturday night in a private room
- DJ entertainment (minimum numbers may apply)
- Hire of a suitable function room for Saturday evening (minimum no’s apply)
Guideline Weekend Format & optional chargeable extras (please ask for details):
Friday:
- Arrival from 2pm in the afternoon
- Meal: Three course dinner, in the restaurant at leisure.
- Entertainment: General knowledge Quiz, Disco, Video Racing, Charity Auction after dinner in a private room, (room hire charges and equipment hire may apply)
- Drinks: Cash bar for all drinks
- Accommodation: Overnight accommodation with most guests sharing double or twin bedrooms.
Saturday:
- Meals: Full English breakfast in the Restaurant at leisure
- Private three course gala dinner with coffee in a Private Suite
- Day time leisure: Golfing, Cycling, Visiting Castles or Historic areas locally, or just Shopping
- Entertainment: Disco or band after dinner in the Manor Suite. Raffle draws etc. (extra costs)
- Photography: Local photographer to take photos at the start of the evening with the option to view before purchase on the night.
- Drinks: Welcome drinks reception in the Bar prior to dinner. Cash bar for all drinks
- Wine table ready in the room on request
- Accommodation: Overnight accommodation with most guests sharing double or twin bedrooms.
- Speeches: Duty Manager to act as Master of Ceremonies to perform all toasts mastering etc.
Sunday:
- Full English breakfast in the restaurant at leisure
- Weekend concludes after breakfast as most of the party returns back home
- Option to stay for a Sunday Lunch
